As a mom I understand more than ever the importance of training the whole dancer. Body, mind, and heart. We want our dancers to excel at their highest level in the healthiest ways.
Everybody is not the same and neither is EVERY BODY.
Dancers come to you with different flexibility levels, strength variations, and much more. This means training for your team or athlete has to be individualized. What works for one group of dancers doesn’t always work for yours. You need a specific training plan to meet your team and individual goals.
